We also accept very urgent orders - both in terms of production and delivery. We usually ship via parcel terminals and by registered mail, but other delivery options are also available. It is most important that the accessory reaches you in TIME.
If there is no urgency, we will ship the items within 1-2 business days after payment.
Packing:
Each bow tie is packed in a box with a liner.
Silk and wool - black, others - brown cardboard box. On request, any bow tie you like can be packed in a black box for an additional charge of 1 €.

EU countries - delivery by post or via company HRX: 10 € for one item (7-21 working days). If there is a bigger order, shipping price will be calculated individually.
Other countries (Outside of EU) - delivery by post: 30 € for one item (7-30 working days). If there is a bigger order, shipping price will be calculated individually.
If you are buying at dombowties.com for €35 or more, we will deliver your order FREE of charge within Lithuania.
For purchases at the dombowties.com e-shop for less than €10, a service fee of €0.99 applies.

The delivery price is automatically calculated and added to your payment order. After receiving your payment, e-shop dombowties.com will deliver your order in 1-4 working days within Lithuania or in 1-3 weeks outside Lithuania, except when items are out of stock.
The customer agrees that in exceptional cases, delivery could be delayed owing to circumstances which could not be foreseen and do not depend on dombowties.com. In this case we will immediately contact the custumer to resolve problems of the delivery.
dombowties.com is not responsible for non-delivery if the customer provided incorrect delivery details on the order or failed to be present at the agreed time and place of the delivery. If the courier fails three times to deliver an order to the customer, it is then returned to dombowties.com.
Goods can only be accepted by a person who made the order. They must show a valid passport, ID card or driver's license (new format) at the time of the delivery. If the goods are to be accepted by someone other than the person who made the order, please notify us about this when placing an order in the column 'Notes'.
Returns:
If you do not like the item you purchased, you can return or replace it within 14 calendar days.

The returned item must be unused in its original and undamaged box.
